Paul Clarke - Co-Founder

Paul believes that all business owners should have access to real time financial information to enable them to achieve their commercial and personal goals. This is why Ookkee was created. Paul’s vision is to automate the delivery of trustworthy, insightful and meaningful information to business owners as they need it.

Michael Clifton - Co-Founder

Michael looks after our operations internally, our staff and the quality of our work. In his role, he particularly enjoys fixing a complex situations and championing the results only working environment. This allows him to travel, spend time away from the office and actually work closer with the team.

Jade Binsted - Commercial Director

Jade’s role is all about growth and turning the Ookkee vision into reality… she loves a plan! In her role she loves putting ideas into action and building relationships with stakeholders to enhance their business growth.

 

George Haynes - Payroll Manager

George manages the payroll bureau within Ookkee - we call him our ‘Payroll Guru’. George loves the people in his role, including the supportive team he works alongside and clients he supports who he has a great relationship with.

Todd Robertson - Senior Client Manager

In Todd’s role day to day he is communicating with clients, managing performance of their business, tracking KPIs and building reports to get them to where they need to be. Todd really enjoys managing his own time, the way in that the team support each other and making an impact into his clients businesses. 

Inga Lawrence - Senior Client Manager

Within Inga’s role she really loves working within the Care industry, while they all vary in size and requirements, the niche in the industry allows her to be really fantastic at what she does. Inga enjoys the fun and supportive working atmosphere in the office and carrying out quarterly Metronome’s with her clients to give them added value and insights.

 

Helen Rushby - Senior Client Manager

Helen works with clients understanding their business and where it’s going by managing their monthly bookkeeping. In her role she enjoys the initial onboarding. Working with the client from the start demonstrates the impact she can have on their business in the long term.

Sally Hodgson - Client Manager

Sally works with our clients to understand their business, where it’s going and managing their monthly bookkeeping. Sally enjoys being on the journey with her clients and giving them insights to take their business to the next level.  

Taylor White - Client Manager

Within Taylor’s role he is working towards his Level 3 AAT while supporting our client managers with the day to day data they need for their clients. Taylor enjoys making everything balance for his clients, the progression available to him within Ookkee and the team days out of the office. 

 

Melissa Andrews - Relationship Manager

Melissa’s role is to ensure our clients and our team are happy. Melissa loves the days where the team are in the office together, the benefits she gets as an Ookkee employee and the flexibility she has in her role. 

Amy Lynch - Purchase Ledger Clerk

If it needs paying, Amy knows about it! Her role is largely supporting our Client Managers, ensuring all client ledgers are processed and up to date. When Amy is not at work you can find her pirouetting around the ice rink or baking cakes.
